Yasmine Alaoui
Yasmine leads the firm and its energy and infrastructure work. She advises governments, lenders and sponsors on projects that take a decade to build and longer to operate.
Yasmine founded the Casablanca office in 2009 after eight years in the project finance group of an international firm in Paris. She became managing partner in 2019.
Selected experience
Counsel to the sponsor of a 400 MW solar complex in southern Morocco, from tender to financial close.
Advised a consortium of development banks on a desalination plant financed in three currencies.
Restructured a portfolio of hotel concessions for a Gulf family office.
