Karim Belhaj
Karim advises on mergers, joint ventures and private equity investments between Europe, the Gulf and North Africa, often for buyers entering Morocco for the first time.
Karim trained in New York and London before returning to Casablanca in 2014. He leads the corporate team and the firm’s China and Gulf desks.
